The year of 2020 has been for a lack of better words, a very bumpy ride indeed. With the world economy shutting down, opening back up to shutting down again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With an unfortunate increase in COVID-19 cases across the United States of America. With the possibility of the real estate eviction moratorium being lifted as of January 2021, the chances of an eviction crisis happening are growing greater every single day. If there isn’t another stimulus act that isn’t passed and implemented as soon as possible then 2021 may be off rougher than anyone would have anticipated. To be honest, I am truly hoping that another stimulus like the CARES ACT is passed for the following reason.
- To help small businesses survive the next nationwide shutdown. Disburse funds for renters in order to avoid an increase within the homeless population.
- Extend any and all Forbearance mortgage programs to stymie foreclosures.
- Halting student loan payments.
There is so much more, that could be added to the previous CARES ACT that helps keep the United States of America stabilized during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now let’s get into the hypnotical aspects of if certain things do not take place, could happen in 2021. If millions of jobs continue to disappear, and theirs an influx of foreclosures, high and unpayable debts then prosperity is looking very dim. However, when it comes to real estate, wholesalers like myself and cash money investors are willing to take any and all burdens off from today and tomorrow homeowners. At the end of the day, the purpose of a real estate wholesaler isn’t just to make a profit from a real estate deal. The purpose of a real estate wholesaler is to help connect motivated buyers, and motivated sellers with one another in order to facilitate a helpful acquisition. For example, a person may be very close to bankruptcy, foreclosures, serious medical health problems. Another great example of how real estate investors not only profit from purchasing fix and flip properties but by investing in certain neighborhoods and communities they help change the fabric of the physical interior of the community. So when you receive a phone call, text message, a postcard from a real estate wholesaler you never know how much of an impact on you.
